Leading Disaster Restoration Professionals
We've grown our business by doing what we're great at- the highest quality fire and water restoration. We built our reputation starting at home in South Carolina but have become around the country for our rapid response efforts in Iowa, Florida, Texas, Washington, and many places in between.
Our team brings a high level of professionalism, including certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration and continuing education. We also continue to invest in high quality equipment. DisasterCare has grown from a one man, one truck operation to become one of the largest disaster restoration with over 2,000 pieces of drying and restoration equipment.
Local Experts Trusted For Decades
When Al Bradham purchased Carpet Care Services in 1994, it was a one-man, one-truck operation. Today, they are working hand in hand with DisasterCare. Under Al’s supervision, DisasterCare has become one of the largest flood and fire restoration firms in the southeast. Al Bradham has also continued to invest in his community and received numerous awards, including the Ralph Bloss Humanitarian Award, the T. Ashton Phillips Distinguished Service Award, and was named as one of the 10 Men to Watch from the Summerville Journal Scene.
How It Works:
A real person answers the phone 24/7 to ensure that you receive the best service in your time of need. Our crew and a manager will address your emergency in as little as 30 minutes.
We assess your damages. We use visual inspection as well as the latest tools like infrared and scanners to determine the cause and extent of the damage. We then begin the mitigation process to quickly prevent any more damage from occurring.
One of our managers personally talks with you to explain each step of our restoration. We will explain the tools and process for each affected area of your home or business.
Our team sets up the needed equipment. We take readings on all affected areas to make sure that our plan will address them fully.
After our work is done, we walk through the entire building with you to make sure that everything has been restored to the condition of the building before the fire or water damage.
